Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges if the items are defective. If you want to exchange it for a different size please contact us at Our policy lasts 7 days since you receive your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. You’re also required to show us the proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and the payment transaction.



Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for the items you have purchased. Unless if we run out the items you’ve checked out, you have a clear right to choose refund or wait until we restock them.


Shipping Cost

All costs for shipping are non-refundable. You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your order, this includes your exchanged items.


Note: Considering the duration and the shipping cost that will be taken and spent for international exchanges, we only accept exchanges only if you are in Indonesia.
